Buquet & LeBlanc completed the construction of a new, medium-sized craft distillery encompassing approximately 5,000 square feet. The facility was designed to support both large-scale and experimental production, featuring a 625-gallon still and a 125-gallon small-batch experimental still. A key highlight of the project was the 1,500-square-foot tasting room, built to provide a welcoming and functional space for guests to sample and enjoy the distillery’s offerings.
