Renovation and construction of a 61,500 SF space that previously served as a Winn-Dixie. The project consisted of extensive interior demolition, including the complete removal of the interior slab on grade, to allow for new MEP underground rough-ins. The Rouses grocery store in Biloxi, MS had a massive food service and prep package inclusive of Deli Prep, Bakery Service, Produce Prep, Seafood Prep, Meat Prep and Scullery Areas. The grocery store also consisted of six walk-in coolers and five walk-in freezers.
