Built on a drilled shaft-supported concrete foundation with a structural steel frame, the facility is topped with a durable thermoplastic-polyethylene roofing system. The project also includes associated sitework and parking. High-quality Class A commercial finishes and systems are incorporated throughout the building’s exterior and interior, delivering a modern, functional space to support Newtron Group’s growing operations.
