This 17-acre greenfield development features a 310,000 square-foot dock-high warehouse, engineered to support high-volume storage and logistics operations. With an impressive 46-foot eave height, the facility accommodates five-pallet-high racking, maximizing vertical storage efficiency.
The warehouse includes 44 dock positions and a high-speed roll-up door, designed to streamline shipping and receiving. Over six acres of heavy-duty paving support high-traffic circulation for trucks and trailers, while a 6,000 square-foot office space provides modern accommodations for administrative and operational staff.
To support the ESFR fire protection system, a 400,000-gallon water storage tank was installed on-site, ensuring enhanced fire safety for this high-capacity facility.
