This project involved the phased renovation of an existing 100,000 SF commercial office building, transforming it into the corporate headquarters for Lamar Advertising, a national leader in outdoor billboard advertising. The scope included the complete build-out of 70,000 SF of high-end office space featuring modern finishes, collaborative work areas, conference rooms, and executive offices. Work was carefully phased to allow continued operations during construction, resulting in a state-of-the-art corporate environment that reflects Lamar’s innovation and growth.
