Buquet & Leblanc was selected to build the Highland Market Place shell, and the interior build-out of the tenant space that would serve as Adrian’s restaurant. The 6,900 SF restaurant included dining area, bar and bar dining, full-service kitchen, and seafood bar. There were three walk-in coolers and one walk-in freezer included in the build-out space.
