Buquet & LeBlanc, Inc. led the transformation of the historic Inman Mills textile plant into The Lofts at Inman Mills, bringing their extensive experience in adaptive reuse to one of South Carolina’s landmark industrial sites. Originally built in 1902, the mill had stood as a symbol of the region’s textile heritage. Buquet & LeBlanc managed the complex renovation with a focus on preserving key architectural elements such as exposed brick, original hardwoods, and large factory-style windows, while upgrading the interior to meet modern residential standards. Their careful coordination and craftsmanship helped revitalize the 100-year-old structure into a vibrant community of loft-style apartments, blending history with contemporary living and contributing to the broader redevelopment of downtown Inman.
