The project consists of a new construction mixed use development at LA-64 and Americana Boulevard in Zachary, Louisiana including residential and retail uses. The project consists of a four story residential building with approximately 9,000 gross square feet of retail space on the first floor, and 33,600 gross square feet of residential space on the upper floors, for a total gross square footage of approximately 42,600 square feet. The four story structure consists of multiple construction types, including steel rigid frame with composite metal deck on the first floor, and wood framed and block construction on the upper four floors. The work includes structural, architectural, fire protection, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, civil and landscaping work.
