Altitude Apartments

The Altitude Apartments renovation project in Baton Rouge, LA, featured a 5,730-square-foot transformation of the clubhouse level and a parking garage buildout for new office spaces. The clubhouse renovation introduced modern lounge areas, a new gym, restrooms, leasing offices, and both open and private study areas. These updates were designed to enhance resident comfort, improve functionality, and foster student engagement throughout the complex.
