Dyke Nelson, owner of DNA Associates, enlisted the expertise of Buquet & LeBlanc for the Old Federal Courthouse project after previous contractors were unable to bring the project within budget. Buquet & LeBlanc collaborated closely with the design team to transform the 60-year-old building – vacant for more than two decades – into a vibrant, mixed-use development. The newly renovated 88,000-square-foot facility now features 20,000 square feet of commercial space and 69 residential units of varying sizes, along with a range of modern amenities. The project delivers a contemporary living experience in the heart of Downtown Lafayette.
